With our Managed Services package, we’ll do this instead of you. Your VPS will be included in our custom–developed monitoring system and if there’s a trace of a problem, our skilled tech support engineers will be alerted right away.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your data is necessary – you never know when something can go wrong. And using our Managed Services offer, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you having to install and configure anything. Last but not least the backups are held on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard drives. As a result your hosted content will always be protected, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you have complete freedom to install any script or service on your it. However, some scripts are more difficult to run and might require some additional setup from you. That is where our Managed Services offer can help you out. It features thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving procedures – it means that you will be able to literally employ one of our competent server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of application whatsoever that you want. Or have him fix a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
