A: If your current web hosting provider can no longer satisfy the requirements of your web site, or if you face frequent downtime, or if you are made to wait for hours for the client support staff to reply back to you, it might be a clever idea to switch your provider, i.e. to move all the files for your sites together with your databases from your present provider to your future provider. At Find Your Flow Hosting, we realize that this can often be difficult & time–consuming. That’s the reason why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!Our highly accomplished technical team members will transfer your website content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have got lots of experience with website migration and can handle everything – from a customary WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven web site, to an extremely elaborate, custom–made web application.

A: While we cannot give you a precise ETA, since there are plenty of factors, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to migrate your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not large).

A: We do not gather any sensitive info. We will need, though, the login information for your present hosting account and the name of the web site that you would like to migrate.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share exactly the same information you have provided to your current hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is dealt with.

A: While we migrate your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your old web hosting provider. When the transfer is completed, we’ll make sure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your content is not compromised before informing you that the transfer is completed. Then we will tell you how to transfer the domain name over to your hosting account with us and how to modify your DNS resource records.

A: Nah. We’ll never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: We can transfer your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered hosting platform as long as we can get access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we can’t migrate are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
